Falcons Lose 4-0 to UNM at MWC Championships
The Air Force men's tennis team wrapped up its 2008-09 campaign Thursday with a 4-0 loss to host New Mexico in the quarterfinals of the 2009 Mountain West Conference Championships in Albuquerque, N.M. The Falcons finished the season with a 7-18 record.

Austin was up 4-1 in 2nd set in his match when the called all matches off because UNM already won!
 Tennis is the only college sport I can think of where the pull them off before all matches are done for conference championships. To bad!

The mens tennis team are now done for the season. For the most Part, there has been many great matches, and Austin, for one felt he made great strides and improvements playing at the # 1 position.
They are excited about next year and the future of Falcon tennis and especially a wonderful player who is a candidate and attending Prep school next year who is a member on this site! It Is Eileen's son Andy! Go Falcons!
